Location at clock-in, if you enable it
Coordinates and accuracy on every clock-in, break and clock-out. If you want, you define a zone and Cheqqit flags what falls outside it, without blocking the clock event. The company decides whether to enable it and must inform its staff beforehand.

With no data the event is stored on the phone and sent once the network is back. The time that counts is the event time, not the sync time.

What people usually ask us
Do I have to buy any device to clock in?
No. Each employee clocks in from their own phone. There are no terminals, no cards and no fingerprint readers to install and maintain.
Do my employees have to download an app?
There is nothing to download from Google Play or the App Store. Cheqqit is added to the home screen from the browser in a couple of taps, and from then on it opens like any other app.
What if there is no coverage on site or in the van?
The event is stored on the device itself and sent on its own once the connection is back. The time recorded is the time of the real event, never the time of the sync.
What happens if someone forgets to clock out?
Cheqqit detects it daily and leaves it on your incident list. An admin fixes the shift stating a reason, and who changed it, when and why are all stored. The original value is never deleted.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, there is no lock-in: you cancel from your own dashboard. And when your headcount changes you adjust the seats and only pay the pro-rated part of the month.
Where is the data stored?
On servers in the European Union (Frankfurt). We provide a DPA under GDPR art. 28, you can export your whole record at any time, and we keep the clock events for the 4 years Spanish employment law requires.
